That looks really, really good… and holy cow, such low calories! I love the picture, I can just taste the warmth… mmm.

It really does make you feel good from the inside. Its about eating slowly and letting the rice bring the heat of the hot soup deep into your stomach instead of just feeeling like tea, like miso usually does. Its one of my favorite sad/sick eats because it makes you glow and makes it feel like the world isnt so bad.

Oh, for sure… sad eats are the best when they’re nice and hot.
