Stirfry shirataki noodle with egg, topped with cut boiled egg and a glass of orangina (350cal)
I dont feel guilty about using real organic butter because the animal fat will keep me satiated much longer than cheap processed canola oil. I could have used coconut oil, but its not nearly as delicious. Noticing a trend? Most meals can be kept under 400 cal without sacrificing flavor.
