Lol! I try to put care into most of my meals, even if its just plating. Making it too easy on yourself makes it too easy to overeat.

Also blogging helps. Lol. Ive been trying not to eat anything Im ashamed of. Not everything makes the cut, but I photograph and keep a food diary.
