I really worked my butt off friday. I woke up early, rearranged a bunch of stuff and did equipment maintenance. Sparring club flew by. Afterwards, I had supper and crashed hard. I curled up in my pillow nest and made all the sleeps. (-470cal)
I wish Id gone out or something, but sparring on low cal just wipes me out.
Friday nights are all about training and sleeping, lol.
