So, I found this great book “God Wears Lipstick” a few years ago in the dollar clearance section. It’s about Kabbalah, explained in a very clear feminine voice. I wasnt aware that Kabbalah had soo much in common with goddess centric paganism. It’s great to hear the concepts of positive energy and creative force in a way that doesn’t include dancing naked under the full moon. (Not that I Mind Dancing naked under the full moon either) However It explains in a way that doesn’t seem as though it puts women on a back burner. In a broader scope, if you eliminated the biological gender concept and replaced it with feminine, and masculine (as opposed to man and woman) I can see the concepts of Kabbalah working for all sexual orientations and genders.

I personally find that the energy flow of the universe finds a better balance when you are giving as much as you are receiving, and that some times, If you give a little bit more, it leaves you open to receiving enough to keep you filled. Overflowing with creation/creative energy can lead to melancholy, depression, anxiety and stress. And on the other hand, not feeling fulfilled can result in equally disastrous consequences to our happiness. It’s all about finding balance.

Anyway, Bah.
